Trang

Trang was born and raised in Austin before starting her tattoo career here in Kyle about 2 years ago. She’s always been into art, and it was in her early teen years she realized she wanted to do something art related for her career. Originally she considered being a teacher, but while she likes children and working with people…in her words, she doesn’t like kids *that* much (lol).  So, she set out to creating a portfolio and finding a spot in a shop that would give her a chance at tattooing. She joined Faces in the Dark Tattoo, and the rest is history!

Being early in her career, she acknowledges there’s plenty of room for growth and time to experiment with other styles, but she’s really gravitated toward doing micro black and grey realism pieces. Outside of tattooing, she enjoys playing guitar, bouldering, spending time with her cat Mitzi, and watching Nascar and tennis.
