Aarron Sprague
Aarron grew up in Corpus Christi, TX and lived there up until he joined our team in 2018. A 16 year veteran of tattooing and actual navy veteran- after high school, he joined the Navy while he tried to determine which direction he’d like his career to take.
After leaving the navy, Aarron decided to pursue a career in tattooing in 2009 after finishing a 6 year term in the Navy. He followed a “traditional” route to learn tattooing, graduating his apprenticeship in early 2010 in south Texas. He soon figured out that highly bold lines and color was something he enjoyed putting into his designs, as well as noticing that’s what his clients seemed to be drawn to the most from him. It’s not lost on him the history of the navy and tattoos may have done something to influence his natural inclination toward traditional and neo-traditional styles, holding the firm belief you can’t beat a simple, bold design with clean lines and a solid heal.
He’s always open to progressing further with various other styles of tattooing, and is always up for a challenge, specifically when it comes to doing coverups and reworking existing tattoos. Aarron has nearly 2 decades of experience tattooing and takes great pride in creating relationships with his clients and bold, clean tattoos. Outside of being a tattoo artist, He loves spending time with his two pugs, gaming, Tabletop Gaming, and Professional Wrestling.
